Advisory
We are brought in when a decision is expensive to reverse: replacing a core system, choosing between build and buy, or committing to an architecture that has to last. The output is a written recommendation, with the trade-offs stated plainly enough that a non-technical board can read it.
Engineering
We design and build the systems that follow — web, mobile and the services behind them. Payments, ledgers, reconciliation, reporting and the integrations that hold them together. We write tests and documentation as we go, because the code has to be maintainable by someone who was not in the room.
Review
Sometimes the system already exists and the question is how much trouble it is in. We read the code, the architecture and the security posture, and report what we find, ranked by risk and by the effort to fix it.
